The purpose of the SBI “All-Ukrainian Council of Resuscitation and Emergency Medical Care” is to improve the provision of emergency medical care in treatment and prevention facilities and institutions, industrial plants, sports facilities, mines, stadiums, airports, railway stations, during mass events and the like.
Our ultimate goal is to prevent or minimize the consequences of emergencies, reduce the number of victims of accidents and catastrophes and improve the level of knowledge and skills in resuscitation and emergency medical care in Ukraine.

The All-Ukrainian Council of Resuscitation and Emergency Medical Care was established in March 2011 by a group of medical workers from various fields and specialties who dealt with issues and shared the interests of resuscitation, emergency medical care and disaster medicine in Ukraine.
